Orders & Payment
- Placing an order is an offer to purchase; a contract is formed only once we confirm and dispatch your order.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. If payment has already been captured, we will issue a full refund.
- Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment gateway partner. We do not store your card, UPI, or net-banking credentials.

Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
- Orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before they are dispatched, by contacting us using the details below.
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item; we will arrange a free replacement or a full refund.
- Because books are sold in a sealed, ready-to-read condition, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind once an item has been delivered, except where required by law.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically reflect within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
